At Papershield, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities 2 – 4 Business Days
Tier 2 Cities 3 – 6 Business Days
Rural / Remote Areas 4 – 8 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product weight

  • Order value

  • Delivery location (PIN code)

Free shipping offers (if any) will be mentioned clearly on product pages.

5. Courier Partners

We use reliable courier services such as:

  • Delhivery

  • DTDC

  • Blue Dart

  • Ecom Express

  • India Post (for remote areas)

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS / Email / WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).

Reshipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or missing:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product

We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address and PIN code are accurate.
Papershield will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

10. Bulk & Industrial Orders

Bulk orders may require additional processing time.
Our team will contact you for delivery scheduling.
